Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete and current information, including:

You must notify melodi99 support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised account access.

5 Terms of Use

By using the melodi99 Platform, you agree to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You acknowledge and accept that:

All deposits to and withdrawals from your melodi99 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and DuitNow — typically processed within minutes for verified accounts.
• FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank online banking — typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency — typically processed within 15–30 minutes following the required number of blockchain confirmations.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the melodi99 cashier at the time of transaction. Typical deposit ranges are MYR 50–MYR 500,000 depending on the method selected, subject to account verification status.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the melodi99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances and referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete or fraudulent identity, age or payment information.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or calculation faults for financial gain.
